Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from www.padelmate.uk and is provided by PADELMATE LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
It sets out your rights and our obligations in relation to returns and refunds, in accordance with UK consumer law.
1. Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Conditions for returns
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Suitable for resale
Additional conditions apply to certain products:
- Padel rackets: the protective plastic on the grip must not be removed
- Padel balls: not eligible for return once the seal on the ball can has been opened, as the item is considered used
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Padel balls (once the seal has been opened)
4. How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us at:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed.
5. Return postage
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
6. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@padelmate.uk.
In such cases, we will offer a refund or replacement, in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- We do not offer store credit
- Refunds are initiated as soon as the refund confirmation email is sent
Please note that while we initiate refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank and payment provider (Stripe), and is outside of our control.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
